I want you to be absolutely in love with your Due East purchase. For all rugs bought from our in-stock collection online, if you don't like your item(s) I will gladly take it back in its original condition and pay the shipping for the return within 7 days of your purchase. I hope I’ll have something that will better suit you in the shop that we can apply credit to but if not, I'll issue a full refund!
This does exclude all sale items, custom sourced and custom made rugs — all of which are final sale.
