Due East offers a free (!!) sourcing service if you’re looking for a specific style and size that you’re not seeing in our shop.

The rug options I will source for you are in Morocco, not with me at my HQ in Austin and I’ll be assuming you’ve checked out our online shop to make sure you don’t see anything that catches your eye there. All custom sourced rugs are final sale after shipping.
I have a handful of trusted vendors that send me (sometimes hundreds) of loosely similar options based on my initial inquiry. No Moroccan rug is the same as another so finding something exactly like an inspiration picture in the correct size can take a lot of sifting through options. That said, it takes more time than you may think so please be patient!
I’ll work tirelessly with all the resources I have to get you some options within a few days, max 1.5 weeks unless the request is unusual. I limit my sourcing for single rugs to 2-3 rounds of options based on your feedback.
I cannot guarantee we’ll find exactly what you’re looking for so after 2-3 rounds we’ll take a pause. We can regroup after a month to see if my vendors have any new inventory but I’ll leave you to reach back out.
Availability of rugs sent to the client can change by the minute. Please understand that the quicker you respond, the more likely it is that the option will still be available when I reach back out to my vendors but it’s always a possibility that the rug you like has been sold in Morocco! It’s a bummer for me as much as it is for you!
